The first snow of 2013 falls in London on Granary Square. Suddenly everything is transformed.

Personal trainer Grant tells me that his style is influenced by classic British cuts and home brands. Grant’s coat and scarf are by Aubin and Wills, the bag is by Barbour-and really handy for carrying kit and fits perfectly with grants look. Grants shoes are by Grenson, and the Italian Replay jeans add a contemporary touch.

I popped in at the Oasis press day this week and spotted Holly wearing this simple, semi-nautical dress from the Oasis Autumn winter collection, it works well with the tights and shoes, which are also by Oasis.

A rainy afternoon in London, West 8 was suddenly brightened by this woman’s vibrant combination of flame red coat and lime green umbrella and scarf.  The black bag and darkened doorway (where she sheltered whilst on her phone) set against the light, wintery background, further increased the impact of this scene for me.

Mahab was on the way to work at the Broadway Street Organic Farmers Market when I spotted her on Hackney Road, East London. She says dressing is an every day experiment for her.

Birgitte is from Norway, and had recently moved to live in London. I noticed her while she was waiting for to meet a friend in Camden town. I just loved the fur trim leather jacket, polka dot dress and leather boots.
