Zoe had just been to a casting when I took this photo. Zoe shows that during the winter season you can get away with all-black outerwear, with a fine camel coat by Stella McCartney and a fabulous pair of dalmatian boots.

French IMG model Blandine was in Camden market when I spotted her bargain hunting. Blandine tells me that back in France when she visits the small rural towns she loves to spend time in the local charity shops. Baldine sourced the  dress she is wearing from a charity shop in the west of France and then cut the hem to make it slightly shorter to suit her style. Worn with a jacket and satchel, Bladine’s look is both practical, pretty and smart, just like her.

I loved the noirish appeal of Maya’s face in the low, raking, autumnal light. Maya is wearing a vintage blazer which she bought for £4:50 in a charity shop.

I caught up with Ellen as she was rushing to make her appointment at a large magazine publishing house in the Westend . Even though she was running late, Ellen graciously gave up her time for a couple of minutes, offering me a brief window to capture her ‘look’. The vintage dress she wears was bought in a market in Milan for a couple of pounds, her boots are from Vagabond, with a Zara top and ‘Stray Boys’ cardigan. Ellens wonderful scarf is from H&M.
