London – In The Round

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009

This is the second time I have had the pleasure to photograph Jamaican model Orinthia. She is such a lovely, friendly and warm person to be with. We chatted and had a drink in a cafe before we walked past this boutique window, which was perfect to capture Orinthia’s cool Jamaica style – dig the shades.

London – Love Rocks

Tuesday, August 18th, 2009

Lovely Micia had recently won Britains Next Top Model. She received a contract with top modelling agency Models 1, a cover and six page spread in Company Magazine , and became the face of a cosmetics campaign for Max Factor, as her rewards for winning the competition. Mecia was rocking this gorgeous dress by Apricot which she recently wore on a photo shoot.

The Green Balloon

Tuesday, August 18th, 2009

Fanny is from Bordeaux in France and when I saw her she was waiting for friends on Oxford Street. She told me that she was going to use the helium out of the balloon to surprise her friends when they arrived.

Fanny was wearing an H&M jacket bought in France, cut-off jeans she made herself and a pair of Vans. Simple French savoir-faire.

London – Lost In Space

Monday, August 17th, 2009

When I saw Asheena, I could not help but notice the jacket she was wearing with the ‘Star Trek fantasy shoulders’ – which she had picked up on a recent trip to Dubui.

Asheena looked ready and active to be beamed-up for the next Sci Fi block buster…

London – Denim Hotpants

Friday, August 14th, 2009

Kaya teams a vintage shirt with rolled-up sleeves for a tomboyish effect, with denim shorts from H&M, for a simple cool and casual summer look.

London – Breakout

Friday, August 14th, 2009

Columbian beauty Margarita was wearing an All Saints playsuit, with a Chevignon jacket and vintage moccasin boots, bought on a recent trip to New York.

London – Classic Breton Stripe

Friday, August 14th, 2009

Deana was making her way through the maddness of London’s rushhour when she kindly allowed me to capture her Classic look. The boyish charm of the Reiss Jacket, the French Connnection dress, LK Bennett shoes and Burberry Hobo bag worked for me.

Rip It Up

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009

Ditte told me she had her tights bitten at a party by a drunken reveller and decided rather than throw them away, she would enhance the rips even further – why waste a perfectly good pair of tights. Ditte still manages to look pretty cool, wearing a Mango jacket, H&M colourful chunky necklass, her Mums shorts and Nans shirt, with a pair of Eden shoes.
