Fashion student Charlie mixes vintage with a bit of Primark. I love the bowler hat and the gold pocket watch chain dangling from his jacket, with a touch of Kubrick’s ‘A Clockwork Orange’.

I thought Darlene looked super cool in her understated leopard print shirt and floppy brimmed hat, as I passed her in Shoreditch. Darlene is orignally from California and has been in living London for a year, loves it and is planning to stay.

I was wondering up Portobello Road last Sunday when I spotted this lady wearing this cool looking summer hat with those leafy palm fronds.

Nadine is a singer and was on the way to watch a “show case” of new musical talent in a night club in London’s West End. She said she bought this ‘Alice in wonderland’ print dress in Brick Lane. I also particularly like the ‘kissing mice’ belt she was wearing.

Jo is a designer originally from Australia and his last job was to design the bus for the Priscilla Queen of the desert musical, in London’s West End. Roxan is from Poland and is studying interior design, but is ‘taking a year off Uni to take some time out’. There seems to be a bike theme to this photo and I myself was on my bike when I snatched this shot.

With the long evenings of summer, Oxford Circus is humming with activity and late night shoppers. But occasionally through the crowd I spot someone wearing somethng really different that makes them stand out from the crowd – like this guy.

I just really liked the subtle and elegant tones of greys and blues that this couple were wearing, on a shopping trip to mayfair and they looked right together.

I spotted freelance stylist Benny in Stoke Newington, she is originally from Japan and Benny says she bought all her clothes in Tokyo. I was tickled pink by her look, especially the frilly lace leggins – or are they knickers? I love Bennys edgy, quirky, fun expression of individualism.

Imogen was about to breeze in to the RCA postgraduate fashion show, held at the Henry Moore gallery in Kensington, when I was able to snatch a couple of shots of her. I thought it really clever the way Imogen was able to team her H&M jacket with some Primark Harem pants. She looked so beautiful and radiant with her red hair.

Imogen is a contributor for Show Studio. This award winning fashion website was set up in 2000 by famous fashion photographer Nick Knight. Nick is among the world’s most influential and visionary photographers. His work for ID magazine in the 1980s helped define London Street Style.

Pandora is fashion co-ordinator for Tank magazine. When I caught up with her outside the Albert Hall she was wearing tights which she had cut up herself, chunky studded Vaudeville boots she bought in New York, a Marios Schwab dress, and a Vivian Westwood cardigan.
