Florence has a band Called ‘Florence and the Machine’. She put this rather glamorous safari look together by buying all her clothes in vintage and charity shops.

Chris Kelly is a fashion designer with his own label – Theatre De La Mode. He wears a striking red puffer jacket (bought in a thrift store), Cheap Monday skinny blue jeans, Kurt Geiger trainers, Marion Protrofsky bag and a piece of an old jersey as a neck scarf – all topped off with an H&M cap. Chris whizzed past me on his pushbike and I decided to give chase – weaving precariously through morning rush hour traffic to catch him. Taking the photos by this Dalston scooter shop – with perhaps a little serendipity and a bit of luck – seemed like the perfect spot.

Chris’s collection is appearing at London Fashion Week in February 2009.

Camilla had just come from a job interview for a fashion PR, when I noticed her passing, she was on her way to American Apparel, East London and, in true fashionista style, she was eager to get changed into the outfit should had just bought. Camilla wears a Primark plaid blazer, a Jacobs bag and a TopShop tulip skirt. I thought she achieved the perfect balance between smart and sexy.

Andrew was waiting outside The Thrift Store on Slater Street, where he works. He says he likes to mix 60′s Phil Spector style with classic high-street tailoring, such as C&A.

Shaka’s style is all his own-mixing the English gentleman look with Jamaican Ska. He is a DJ and works in IT. I photographed him on Brick Lane, East London. He was chewing a licorice stick.

Mahab was on the way to work at the Broadway Street Organic Farmers Market when I spotted her on Hackney Road, East London. She says dressing is an every day experiment for her.

Diago and his partner Natalia run a fashion retail shop on Slater Street, just off Brick Lane, called the Lazy Ones. They both like to mix new with every day secondhand clothes.

Sylvester was visiting a friend on Brick lane, East London. when I spotted him. He says he would love to do some modeling. Well he certainly knows how to dress. He is originally from Cameroon.

India an 18 year old model I met on the Streets of Hoxton, Hackney, East London, England UK.  I snapped her just before she had to get ready for a photo shoot. She started modelling when she was 14. She says this is how she likes to dress.
